This really sucks!

I found a Kirby vacuum in a unit bought last week. The wife and I have been wanting one for a while now ever since a Kirby salesperson came over and gave us a demo but were not going to spend thousands on a vacuum cleaner. When I found it, I didn't really have time to inspect. I looked at it a little closer today. It said Kirby Sentria. That's the same one they used in the demo! Turns out it's only a year or two old. Looks like the used ones are selling for $300-600 or more on Craigslist. This vacuum could suck the chrome off a bumper. 

I just noticed that the bags cost a small fortune.

My Gma's Kirby fom like 1940 still runs like a champ.  Awesome!

Think in another thread I mentioned an auction that there was a Kirby up font and everyone was all excited.
Went for like $300ish if I remember right.  Guy (a newbie) was strutting around, talking sh*t about how we all lost out.
I had to burst his bubble and tell him I have two of that model and they sell for about $50-$75 on ebay.
I literally can't give them away.  My friends mom owns a vacuum sales and repair shop and offered to give the to her.....she said no.


FYI- I get bags off ebay.  Think last time was 10 bags for like $15 with shipping.
