Tool Units

I just recently purchased a 10 x 20 contractors unit. Had to fight off noob bidding, and paid $1500. Easely doubling my money using my philosophy of the quick flip. Probably could make more, however I dont like to sit on items and waist storage space.

I agree, sometimes it makes more sense to make a quick profit and move on to something else. Plus, you get to have someone else clean out the unit.

Unless I'm short on cash, I can't stomach leaving anything on the table. I prefer to get what it's worth myself but I understand the need to turn it over quick from time to time.

There are a few things ill sit on. For the most part I'm a flip it fast type.
If I'm offered a relatively fair offer, it's gone.
If they are honest and tell me they know where to get more for it, they have a buyer, what ever.....no problem.  Ill leave room so you can make a buck.

Guess that's why I get upset when estate sales price things at, or just below, retail.
I know this is your thing but Come On!   Leave some room for me.......
