Title: 1930-1950 Steamer Trunk Whats it worth???
Post by: Ironman on February 22, 2011, 12:05:14 PM
The trunk measures about 3 feet wide, 2.5 deep and high and has an inside top removable drawer. The leather straps are gone with the wind and sands of time (LOL) and it is in a hard used condition. I did some research on the net and similar ones in good condition are going for 700. Whats your best guess on this one?

Cool trunk. I would say 200 bucks would be a quick sale to someone looking to restore it. You may be able to hold out for more not sure

Thats what I thought too. 200 to someone who wants to make it purdy (sp) again and I get my $$'s and move on to the next one. It's up for sale
