Title: Signed Richard Nixon Document
Post by: gapajeff on June 02, 2011, 08:04:58 PM
I got a document that may be signed by Richard Nixon, however I know fakes exist and sometimes the secretarys signed papers. It came in a White House envelope, and also has the Presidential Seal on the document. It is an Armed Forces memorial document. I'm more curious if anybody knows how to tell if it's authentic than a value really. I'll post scans either tonight or tomorrow.

If it is real, then that would be cool.

To bad Nixon never bring to much value, he is one of the presidents that brings least amount of value on president stuff.

Have it looked at and certified, that will help you out if you decide to sell it later.

I was doing a lot of online research on it and it looks to be Auto-pen and not actually from Nixon himself. So more than likely I'll send it to the local auction house and cross my fingers.
