Texas Prosecutor Gunned Down Walking To The Court House

This prosecutor obviously did something to piss off the wrong person. I'm surprised this sort of thing doesn't happen more often.
 

Follow up reports suggest this incident was due to a $30 Best Buy gift card dispute.

So, one could reasonably assume it's not wise to argue over Best Buy gift cards. 

We had a federal prosecutor killed about a decade ago.  That takes balls!

Still haven't caught the killer.

Chances are these prosecutors did something shady like send the wrong person to jail for a crime they didn't commit. This individual sits in prison for 15 years planning the day they get out and what they're going to do to the guy that put them away. I think some of these prosecutors care more about their perfect conviction rate than they do about who is innocent or guilty. I think some of them get what they deserve.
