Best Unit

What is the single best unit that you have ever had, in terms of profit? 

I'll start:  $2,100 on a 10 X 10 unit.  Took about 8 days to sell everything in it (besides the trash of course).

Paid $2,900 for a 3 bedroom house full of furn, tv, computers, garage full, etc. Items were still in the house.

Profit was appx $2,900 so followed a well-worn rule of "double your money".  My other big purchase was a pod for $2,500 and the net on that was $1,800, so not quite double the money.
