To answer....I'd say tool box.  Chop saw.  What at first looks like survey equipment but staring at it forever I think its not.   Is that Go cart frame?  Remote controll airplanes but might be $20 gliders

Some of those go-karts go for $900 or more new. Tool box is a gamble. Seems like they're paying retail.

Obvious signs of discretionary income, which is always good.  But $970.00 is a bit of a gamble.

Go Kart frame looks to be in good shape. I think I see parts of an engine there too. If it's all there, could go a long way to paying for the locker. At $970, definitely not much money to be made, but it's not terribly hard to empty and sort.

Lots of plane stuff means this guy was into it, could be more than meets the eye there..
