Bought a room for $200 that you could see at least $600 from the door in resale prices.  Ended up selling the entire room for a little over $2k.  Still not sure why no one bid me up.

Bought one last week that had a front load Samsung washer and dryer showing along with some other good stuff.  But, it had a shaved ice machine in the locker and they had left some syrups in the front and there were some sugar ants in the front of the locker.  It was the last unit of the day, and every body was fixated on the ants and nobody wanted to bid much.  I got it for $109.00 and sold $700.00 worth out of it the next day.  Ended up doing very well on that locker already and still have a lot left.

Oh, and immediately after the auction, the facility manager grabbed the syrup and threw it in his dumpster and sprayed for the ants.  I went back to unload the next day and there was no ant problem........ :93:

:a102:  Have you told us about this one before? Did you see that kind of value in the unit before or after you purchased it?

It was my very first post here: http://onlinestorageauctions.com/forum/north-east/took-the-plunge/

Then I've eluded to it from time to time. I saw considerable profit during the auction, but it actually gave me over 400% more than what I initially figured. There were so many hidden products in closed boxes that just couldn't be seen from the door during the auction.

How long did it take you to sell all of it?

Still am, the $18K is a 'so far' figure.
