Interesting advertising for auction tomorrow

Interesting advertising for auction tomorrow.  First ad in a local paper today and noting that second ad will be tomorrow AND auction at 11:00 am tomorrow.  Never seen such a quick sale.  Wish I could be at this one. 

That's strange, most lien laws require the facility two publish the legal notice once a week for two consecutive weeks. What state are you in?

In my area there is a facility that does that.  Its in their contract that the facility become the immediate owner of the contents of the unit and they can dispose how they see fit.  As such they are not bound by lien law and simply are selling their units.

These units are obviously heavily gone through, staged ..etc.
