Storage Unit Deals

9 times out of 10, when I buy a storage unit at auction I end up renting it and piecing things out slowly. I have come across a few storage facilities in my area that offer really good deals like first month free (no second month required) and $16 for the first month.

Do you have any storage facilities in your area that run specials like this and if so what are they?

Not much.  Mostly its first month paid, second month free.  I rarely rent the space unless its bigger then a 10x10.

First month free is one I see a lot. First month half off as well. Free use of truck with move in. If I rent, I use the truck to move my stuff out.
