Drew is here in Atlanta, very easy to go to file my suit at the Fulton County courthouse if he deletes my posts, I even sent him a message stating exactly what would happen if my posts were deleted, freedom of speech works both ways, playa!. Understand I want this thread to be left alone, leave all posts as they are.....certain  people wanted me to chime in, so here I am.....

Wait, are you joking or do you honestly believe a cause of action exists for having your posts deleted on an internet message board? If you're serious, I hate to break it to you, but that isn't how freedom of speech works. Freedom of speech protects you from the government infringing on your rights. Private entities like this message board aren't covered. They can delete whatever they want.

Dude, when a board has a policy ( and this board does)  and that policy is not followed unilaterally, that opens up the door for a lawsuit. I have done it before and won.  It is like when your employer has a employee handbook, but folks are treated "differently" outside the rules in the book,  there have been  several multi-million dollars lawsuit won on someone get preferential treatment and others did not. Spend a day reading case law  and you might understand. I have filed five lawsuit and won, real life is not like Law and Order.

I'm sorry, but I'm quite sure you're full of it. If you'd actually filed lawsuits and won, you'd know that they had nothing whatsoever to do with freedom of speech. At best if might involve some sort of contract law, but there would be a multitude of issues involved with that, making it decidedly unlikely anyone would win anything on that. I could go into more detail, but I don't see the point because it seems clear to me that you're now just going to lie and say whatever you please.

Whether you like me or not, I draw a crowd, this board has gotten more action in a few hours of my posting  than it did in months  ;D  anyone who has watched my videos knows I will tell you exactly what I think of you.  I think I am going to like this place!

Perhaps you should read the links you just posted. They involve lawsuits against public schools and cities and so forth. Those are considered part of the government and thus covered by the freedom of speech amendment.

You stated specifically that your lawsuit was based on the idea of freedom of speech. You did so at least twice, in fact.

I stated freedom of speech works both ways, you inferred  a meaning that was not there, not my fault you can't keep up, since you are right why are  you engaging? This is pure fun for me.  In retrospect Drew will probably let this ride, I am more fun than a carnival.....

The point is, freedom of speech does not in fact work that way and would be entirely irrelevant to any lawsuit against this message board. This alone leads me to believe that you have no idea what you're talking about.

If you think you do know what you're talking about, then tell me: precisely what would your cause of action be? Failure to apply a policy is not in and of itself a cause of action, but rather your potential allegation for what might have happened. A cause of action is something based on a particular established legal concept.

Why am I engaging? Because I enjoy pointing out stupid arguments.

Welcome to the forums! Way to come out swinging! lol This should be an interesting thread to follow! As for me deleting post it is a very rare instance and usually is only for spam related topic. I have been apart of many forums that were way over regulated and it got annoying. I like to let things ride out. So have fun!

That's one of the things I like about watching his videos.......he tells it the way it is and doesn't shy away from being controversial!

Welcome to the forum Glendon.....I hope you stick around a while and post in some other topics!

Thanks for the feedback you are helping me in more ways than one!  Tell me more about this research you speak of In 2009 there were maybe a  Google search page of information about storage auctions. I am preparing some lawsuits for folks who have ripped me off, before I did the blog, created the videos there was very little information on the web about this business, very little.     Define teaser, I have several people who bought the books send  unsolicited- Thank You! for the information it is making me money emails.  As for not delivering, did you really try, I have waaaaaaaaay too many people happy with the results they gained from buying my books, for what you say to be true! Not to mention I have sold thousands of books and only a handful of reviews like yours ( 3 or 6) , that speaks volumes!!!

Hey Glendon,

Ease up a little bit, I'm a paying customer! LOL! Admittedly a lot has changed since the 2009 edition of your EBook, even you say the 2011 edition has a lot more information (did you say 75% more?).

Two major concerns when I made that post.
1. I was looking for in depth information on how to run a re-sale store, it wasn't in there. I am conditioned to reading University level textbooks and professional journals. I think you would agree your book is not written at this level nor attempted to be, I understand you wrote a book that is fairly easy to comprehend by just about anyone who buys the book.
2. I was afraid this would be your only contribution. I was excited about your experience in the business and really wanted to "sink my teeth" into your knowledge. I expected a lot more from the book. I thought it might be possible this would be the only information you were going to share and disappear into the night with all your money. lol.

I now know your are continuing to refine your publishing business and the information you sell. (Damn Capitalist! ;))

I am a member of your resellers Master Mind group, and I find the group and the information to be very helpful in running the business.

I am also looking forward to your Boot Camp Webinar happening today!

Peace

One more thing, if you delete my posts and responses  in this forum  and  you  allow others  to state their  feelings, I will sue you,  trust.

OMG what a jerk. FWIW a forum is considered privately owned and the owners/admins of the site can add, keep, or delete anything they want. There is no first amendment right, or freedom of speech rights here. Take a moment and do some simple research and you'll find that many have tried and failed to do what you just threatened.

But what about his 5 successful lawsuits against message boards? Are you saying someone could lie about something on the internet? I, for one, am shocked at such a notion. Shocked!

Oh yeah. he is an online marketer and book writer now. He is making some serious cash though. You would think with all that money he would spend some of it on a quality website....the current one really looks unprofessional. Or should I say ghetto.
I agreewith you 100% on this.
