Bought a 10 x 30 !
« on: August 27, 2013, 08:30:00 AM »
Yep, I'm on a roll. Bought a 10 x 30 the other day for $400. It was showing a couple of good, vintage electronic pieces that will go well and pretty much pay for the locker.

Boxes are OK, but not as good as I had hoped they would be. Big stuff...going to someone else.  Took out the easier to handle metal stuff (old, two drawer file cabinets, old exercise machine, etc) for scrap.

It should double, and in today's world that's enough.

Aside from the good vintage stuff one of the main attractions the facility makes available. A HUGE dumpster...one of those that has double doors on the end that swing open and a ladder up the backside...thing is 8 or 9 feet tall not sure about other dimensions, but 8 x 20 anyway.  Free dump....and I've contributed to that volume already.

Now that I've pretty much finished going through the boxes I took out of the 10 x 30 the spreadsheet possible sales figures take it up to around $1,200 gross so if that works out it will mean about $900 profit.  That stuff adds up!  ;D

No, it's a good time. Just look at the invoice I sent you for $1,800 for promoting this website, then deduct the $900 I owe you and send me the balance via PayPal.  Life is grand !  ;D
