Successful Private Sale

I just had a pretty successful private sale. I auctioned off a bunch of housewares and clothing that I've accumulated over the past 3-4 months. High bid was $300, which was a very fair price in my opinion.

The buyer contacted me about 15 minutes after the auction ended and we met at the storage facility a few hours later. He paid me in cash and started cleaning out the unit. A few hours later, the facility called me and told me the unit had been vacated. Overall, a great experience. A definite win win situation. I got rid of the small, common merchandise that I didn't want to deal with and the buyer got the inventory he needed for his resale business at a good price. Couldn't be happier.

Nice, I see this as a great way to get rid of some of my clutter. Good merchandise for someone but my clutter.
