Facebook site

Does anyone us their own created Facebook page to sell only their stuff?  I met a nice couple at auctions and they have built up a nice following via their facebook page

I have one as well but not nearly as successful.  I am going to spend $50 on Facebook ads and see if that gets me anywhere starting Monday.  Mine is

I know a guy who started a group just for his stuff.. He does pretty good with it, ends up selling to the same group of people. What I noticed recently is that he's been marking his stuff lower and lower. I think his well has dried up. He's about an hour and a half south of me.

Around me, there's so many groups with thousands of members that it's just easier for me to tap into that already established group rather than trying to venture out on my own. However, what I've done is put up some of my inventory in an album on my business page and I share my photos from that album to these groups. This way, these people click on the picture to view a larger image, and there's links all over to go to my Facebook page. Only 1 group so far has told me to stop doing that. I'm a member of something like 15 groups.

I have my own facebook page(not group) I have set up to sell some of my items. I also am a memebr of several groups in my local area.(Nothing but drama going on there).  My page is www.facebook.com/sellingmyexcess I have about 250+ likes now. I post links to my page in the groups and it gets me a fair amount of traffic. Things have slowed up a bit as of late. Don't have too many shippable items on the page, only because I throw those on eBay. Don't think it is worth it to pay facebook for ads. I live in a pretty remote area and don't have the population to justify it.
