You have experience with any of these other online sites? Have you had luck selling?

Though I think many of ebays policies are extremelly stupid, they favor buyers to a ridiculous extent and fees are outrageious I just don't think any other site can match the traffic that ebay gets.

I notice ebay has been having a ton of those free listing and add buy it now weeks. It used to be every few months it seems like now its every other week.

I really like this and take advantage of it but ebay is still making a killing off final value fees, at least we can save a few bucks on listing high dollar items and can try to list for top dollar without having to worry about it not selling and still having to pay listing ffees.

For general stuff then ebay and CL are the best.
For more specific stuff then the others are better.

Like if you get aquarium stuff, then Aquabid is the best place.
Guns and related stuff, then go to gunbroker.

Maybe ebay is beginning to feel the pressure from other sites??  Hope so. I see where someone listed the ebay clasified site Kijji? Has anyone had any experience positive or negative with listing there?

Another place online to sell is:

etsy.com/

It is free to join and costs $0.20 for each item listed.  There is no final value fee.  The only other fee you pay besided the listing is if you book a category showcase.

I have sold 2 of my wood burnings on there and have had contacts for special orders.

The only catch to it is that you can only sell hand made items or antiques that are at least 20 years or older.

I have registered on LoneStarAds.US, and have set up a store front, and have already posted 3 ads.  It is very easy to use.

I am off work for at least a week on disability insurance because of a rotator cuff injury, and I will try to post as many ads as I can on there.
