She has a face? Hmm, never noticed that.

A horse face is still a face. ;)

Unless I'm short on cash, I can't stomach leaving anything on the table. I prefer to get what it's worth myself but I understand the need to turn it over quick from time to time.

Sell, sell, sell. That's the whole point.

Can't believe no one has mentioned Amazon yet. Off of two lockers I bought about a year or so ago that I paid $10.00 and $150.00 for I've brought in over 11K in the last year selling on Amazon. I've still got over 2000 books left. Heck I sold one just yesterday for $249.00. It takes a little more time to list them, but I do it at night while watching TV and it beats selling the for 10%-20% or even less than their actual value to someone who's going to put them on Amazon anyway. Just a thought.

Reality Shows about Storage Auctions / Re: Is Hester broke?

Dave Hester is a main character on the A&E reality show “Storage Wars.”  And what is funny is that people talk about the show after it airs and beleive the show is so real. Like stated Main character.

I get that, but he was what he portrays before the show started. I'm just wondering if too much attention to the show cost him the other. No skin off my butt either way. Just making conversation.

So back to my point. Is Hester broke? Ok. Let's just say he's not broke but in a pinch right now. I can speak from experience. I run two businesses. My re-sale business as well as a steel fab. business. I know if I spend too much time on one, things get neglected and the other suffers. Very hard to balance the attention to each. I would imagine "storage wars" is like a second business or a second job. That has me thinking that maybe his re-sale shop suffered from too much time spent "on screen" and not enough time paying attention to what was going on in his store. With what seems like a diminished role on the show, I'm wondering if he's maybe decided to get his priorities in order and pay more attention to what got him there in the first place. JMHO. ::)

If you were broke and constantly professing how financially superior you are to your competition would you really admit it on national TV? ::)

Just sayin'

I noticed in a past episode that Hester is now working out of a warehouse and apparently "sold" his re-sale shop location. Any body know what's up.?
