So even if it's marked positive you can leave a comment like. 'Beware of buyer, he's a scam artist"
eBay will get ya for doing that - you cannot leave a negative feedback in the comments like that- have to be a bit more subtle - still doesn't make a hoot for the buyer - only good for the seller (positive feedback)

For example, someone selling a Toyota 4Runner might put a group of keywords like:
Pathfinder, Xterra, Escape, MDX, Pilot, Explorer, Trailblazer...etc.
that gets my goat also - real pain in the @#$.
I wont purchase from the because of that and sometimes I will send them a email asking if they have the "escape" for sale lol

Their price.... $600 ! She called another place and it was only $400 but they had a WAITING LIST !
What are the rates in your area for a 10 x 15?
In east texas it runs 67 a month, in san Antonio tx it runs 135 a month
