2005 Dodge Sprinter 3500 AT, PS, PB, AC, CC, Radio, Ricon lift, Curt Class 3/4 hitch, dual sliding doors with glass. 134,xxx miles since I am still driving it. I am staying at Lake Blackshear in South Central GA, but drive to Roswell north of Atlanta on most weekends to visit my sister. Call me at 229-388-2090 to arrange a time to look. Yes it happened again rain on a Sat. in Albany, GA area   First Sat. this month was a heavy rain all over south GA so I tried a new indoor market with no sales, yes did not sell ANYTING!  My buddy was headed to Albany this morning and rain hit him about 15 mi. before arriving.  Since we set up and sell mostly out of our trailers under the trees he headed back.  No rain in Tifton, GA so we ended up at the local flea market.  I sold about $69 and him about $90 after table rent.  We were under a shelter so when it did rain no problems.  The bad thing about today is in Albany we usally sell about $200 to $400 each.  Same work unloading and loading back up is easier since not near as much to load.  Could have been worse like the first of the month.  I will be going next Sat, but he has to work. 

Did my first silent auction today and scored one for $201   10x15 You could see an old 50cc Suzuki 4 wheeler, 2 small scuba tanks  appliance handtrucks, area rugs, some jackets, concrete flower pots, a large mirror,and a toy chest that looked like an old half size gas pump, PS3 box, and several boxes and totes. 
4 wheeler turns out to be a very old model and pull cord is messed up will work on later   PS 3 box was empty as I really thought it would be.  BUT
The boxes contained lots of tea pots copper, glass, ceramic, you name it.  Also have some nice International Table works and Johnson Brothers China, misc collectable plates and items that will go well at my booth in Southern Pickers. There is an old 3 toed green glass bowl with gold gilt that I am still researching that may be worth over $200.
Under the jackets was a Chase Authentics Driver Lane Jeff Gordon Winston Cup Drivers jacket in near mint condition    Thought I was on SW for a minute there! This should bring about $100.  Toy box has some die cast collectable cars sold one to a friend with some other items for $60   She also gave me some advice about the other NASCAR items.  Mirror was very old may be sold for $125.  The area rugs are almost new and will be on Craigslist today still have to research the price. 
The real treasure was my son was with me and had a great time helping

I'm new at this, but a friend had me interested before the TV shows.  Saw a notice for a sale with a business "Icar Restoration LLC" being in default on a locker.  Visions of motors, tools, parts, and equipment were dancing in my head.  When to a nearby auction and got a locker at 11 AM and the Icar was sceduled for 1:30 PM.  It was at a climate controled facility very nice.  They cut the lock opened the door and there sat......... 2 commercial dehumidifiers, 2 carpet fans, 5 cases of disposable gloves XL "my size", ladder, painting equipment, some tools and carpet cleaner.   Well I thought some of it had to work and should be worth a good bit.  Manager ask for $300 no bids, $200 no bids, but a guy offered $100.  I went $125 and it so it went until I got it for $225 with sales tax taking it to $240.  Ended up with $112 gas in the trip for both units.  My buddy that helps me wanted one case of the gloves and a fan. 
First dehumidifier sold for $732.50 on eBay with the winner paying $52.50 for shipping contacted him and delevered it on a trip to my next auction.  Can we say gas money.
Got a Craig'slist contact wanting carpet cleaner for $723.  Meet him and a different buyer for the 2nd dehumitifier $525 at the same location. 
Had a rusty 10" Huskey adjustable wrench that I took to Home Depot and a new one that retails for $10.  Thinking I can get about $75 a case on the the gloves that I don't keep for myself. With a few tools yet to sell.
The locker was not what I was expecting, but I am very happy with what I got.

I have friends that have done this for years.  Decided to start same time some TV show gets EVERYBODY all excited about storage locker auctions.  Went to my first auction and watch people bid on things that looked like junk or so packed it was a gamble.  Watched and tried to learn. Bought a locker 3 wk ago for $294.15 with $95 round trip fuel cost.  So far sold $320 and have a friend planning to buy a flat screen for $200.  My son's wife is expecting the first gradchild so I am keeping some things that would probably bring about $100.  Yard sale tomorrow will report back after that.
