As time goes and more lockers are won, i have decided to open a store.
Only so much can be sold at Ebay,CL, Yardsales, and etc.

Therefor i have decided to open a store by the end of this year.
It will be a concept store, nothing like a regular Thrift store or outlet store.

The main thing is that i will not rent a place to have the store, i own the land and will build a 6000-7000 sq ft. building and storage facillity. There will also be a complete processing plant on the property.

The plan is for the futurte to exspand in the back of it, and have storage units for rent, there is enough room for about 280-300 units. This way i will draw a lot more traffic to the place then what a single store would.

It will also serve as my new location, for my office and main business.

All i am waiting for now is for the city of Memphis to clear the zoning and approve the plans.

Can't wait to have this up and running.

The only ones who complain about the show's and that it is fake, are the same people who can't handle it in the real world.

The shows made an impact on the market for a linited time, and then it was over. In some places it is still having an effect, but it will even out over time.

Don't blame the shows for all the problems that comes up. There are more factors to look at.
Gas prices, people not storing the good stuff in lockers anymore, less people default on their lease.

One reason for the prices on units to go up, is less units to bid on. Not to long ago, 2 years or so, there was about 50% more lockers up for auction than today, that means that the units that goes to auction today will have higher price.


Blaming it all on the shows is just stupid.

If it is real, then that would be cool.

To bad Nixon never bring to much value, he is one of the presidents that brings least amount of value on president stuff.

Have it looked at and certified, that will help you out if you decide to sell it later.

I just mention that i find good stuff all the time in units. i did that because we tend to call it fake when they find good stuff on tv.

What it all comes down to is, what do we consider good stuff?  I don't find guns in every locker like they do on tv. But i find other stuff that is good and in many cases more valuble then guns.

So just because they find and show good stuff on tv does not make it fake. We all find "good stuff" in our units. Does that make our units or findings fake?

Dang! this is going the right way, paid only $3.28 for gas today. I like this.

I can only speak for my self, and here is how i see it.

The forum was fun and hip in the beginning, but as you go along and more topics have been talked about, in both serious manor and some not so serious, i think that people start's to get bored in here.
I know i don't use this forum as much as i did in the beginning. I have more then enough to deal with auctions and other businesses. So why spend time in here when most of the time it is all the same over and over. And more and more crap to read.

I have gotten a lot of lockers the last 3 weeks, have i posted anything about it in here? no. The reason is very simple. As soon as you list something, it is either made fun of, or called AH locker of in many cases the thread gets spammed og hi-jacked with stupid comments. 

Another thing is that it is mainly 10-15 members who post, if more people would post in here, then maybe it would be ok to spend more time in here as well. 

I pick my threads now, and who i want to post in. Like the Canada post, that was a good one, beside that, there havenot been many good threads in here lately.

Calling it fake is wrong. And i am sorry, but that link you posted is not to a serious place. It is a "forum" where people are talking about the shows after seeing it on tv. BRAVO for good source use rulesforrebels.  come up with something better. Or even better, go to one of the stores and see for your self.

Sell them on Ebay.

You can either sell them one by one or as a lot.

I have sold empty game cases for about 25 cents a piece, depending on the game. Some has even gone for $1.00 a case.
