I haven't had any issues. But now I just have everybody meet at the store. We have businesses in the plaza open till 9 or 10 depending on the day of the week. I don't meet after those businesses close.

Even at $1950 you should be able to break even with it at least. It sucks to have the money tied up like that and it won't be as easy a flip as a 2007 because your profit margins are cut so low, leaving you less negotiation room. But if you price it right, you should be able to unload it.

Bartering is real tough now because people are onto the game since the show came out and that red paperclip story. Everybody wants to give up nothing for something of value. I'd much rather trade cash for my stuff..
