If you were in GA I might have a buyer for the Christmas lights.  I don't know how much, but she is wanting to do a big set up at her house.  I will talk to her and let you know.

Did not go to the flea even though I had loaded the truck during the week due to weather forcast :-\  Got a call from Cathy at Southern Pickers a lady was there looking for some chairs I had pulled out my booth to take to the flea.  She had seen them on the web wanted to know if I would mind bringing them to the store.  10 minutes later they were sold and 2 end tables I had loaded for the flea ;D  While I was sorting stuff a neighbor came over and bought some jeans ::)  Got to get back to sorting and cleaning.

Got a call from Cathy just sold the antique truck from my booth ;D  Got a space to fill Monday have a desk that is a perfect fit ;)

I have a lot of what you are interested in buying.  PS2, Nintendo game cube, sega gensis, and more. Send me your email and I will send you pictures and a complete list.  If you are near south central GA I could deliver for the right price.

My booth is at Southern Pickers in Tifton, GA.  Right now I am trying to sell a large quanity of clothes from my last two units.  None of them are the brands that would do well enough on Ebay to go that route.  There is not a consignment shop in Tifton that handles them so looking in nearby towns.  May end up selling them at the flea first Sat. in March.  Thankfully they were stored clean and are ready to sell.

New to Storage Auctions? / Re: Washers & Dryers and Bedding

There are no requirments about cleaning mattressess in GA I checked the Sec. of State website.  There are laws in other states so be sure to check before selling mattressess.

I add $25 when pricing a unit for a set mattress :o sold a set at the flea today for $40.  Had folks drive 50 mi. to buy a cheap metal bed with the mattress set.  At the flea markets in South GA they sell for $25 and up depending on condition.  Washers and dryers if they work and look ok $75 - $100 each.

My booth at Southern Pickers is about 6x8 $60 month and 15%.  I am lucky that is next to the check out.  It is about 5 miles away on my way to work.  I like it for selling items that are no going to bring their value at the flea and would not do well on CL or eBay.

Brought home $440 after paying for tables and food ;D fuel cost will be about $35. Sold $310 worth of the items out of a locker that I got for $401.  Have a pair of Timber Land boots from it sold to a friend for $50 when he comes through town.  Should make a little profit when I get the rest sold.  Most of the other item I sold came from my two I bought Wed. they are going to be real money makers ;D

Bought a unit yesterday it had a oil on canvas abstract.  The tag on the back said it was from the Artmaster Studios San Fernando California and it has the initials BJ on the painting.  Researching I found that this studio mergered with Vanguard in the early 90's so that is as far as I got.  I was wondering if anyone could give me some help?

Craigslist / Re: Are CL buyers really nuts or what?

I had a female at least she said she was texting me about an item after I told her call me I am driving!  Was going to meet at a busy store and I was in the company I work for truck.  She was worried about meeting, condition of item, etc.  I tried calling the number, but she would not answer just text.  I have a old Motorola Razor so text is a SLOW PAIN.  Finally sent the message call or forget it she never called.

I listed the Zippo lighter on ebay after my post Monday night starting at $9.99 and got a bid that night.  3 people have it on their watch list so I hope it will bring more.  There was a lot of Zippo lighters for sale so they may be getting to be hot again.

The Zippo sold for $25.65 and $5.35 shipping last night.  As always I would have liked more, but a sale is a sale and to quote a past supervisor of mine.  "Never be ashamed to make a little profit"
