most of the dash on these were digital, except the odometer, which is pretty simple to see from the window.  Depending on how close they allow you to get to the vehicle.

That may get yo ua grand national if its not in mint condition.  If its low mileage and or a gnx model, forget it.  That will probably fetch 7-10k.

may be a difficult profession for someone that doesn't own a vehicle.  Not trying to bust your balls just saying its tough enough with an suv and trailer.

Trying to offload some clothing, I know there are some people in the atlanta area, but I have lost their information.  If anyone knows of someone please post.

I see that book lots are selling quicker than individual books.  I have quite a few and have the space to keep them in boxes around for awhile so I will just continue to relist them as I need to.

how did he take that news?
he purchased the lot for 13 bucks and we avoided both outlets.  He just sent it to me via paypal.  We only lose 3% to paypal this way with out any other form of comission or fee.

sounds like th storage facility would love you down here.  Lockers full of Georgia suitcases get shut back up as soon as we see them with no bids.  Good luck on your lockers.

They certainly have.  I went to what I thought was going to be a VERY small crowd auction in BFE GA yesterday, in the small town of clermont.  Figured there would be 10-12 people, OVER 100 were there.  Full on baby strollers, grandmas and grandpas, families.  They had posted there was an auction on their sign out front.  Nightmare to say the least.  Turning into a joke.

I think ebay is a better deal for these low priced books aswell.  I received an email from a guy that had purchased 3 books of mine from amazon.  I told him that they wouldn't be shipped and to not bother paying, then I asked him which 3 they were and to look for them tonight on ebay.  win/win

I wrote to customer no service and am waiting for a reply.  I told them simply that i wasnt going to ship the books and that I would "cancel" these first 5 orders, but the rest is up to them to deal with.  I put them up on ebay instead.  maybe ebay will at least lube it up first.

Just wanted to ***** a little about Amazon.  I started selling just last night.  I wanted to move some books for cheap, so I put them for sale cheap.  sold one for 1.50 and amazon took 2.57. WHAT????
they actually took money out of my shipping fund to pay themselves.  here is a copy and paste from my email.

Listing ID: 0822I74E8PJ
SKU: H1-SLP9-P6P3
Quantity: 1
Order date: 08/22/2011
Buyer's price: $1.50
Amazon commission: -$2.57
Shipping credit: $3.99
Your earnings: $2.92

There were 4 others like this.  Anyway, I will not be using amazon in the future.

General Storage Auction Talk / Quickest way to sell new books.
« on: August 22, 2011, 08:37:57 PM »
Most are kids books, but they are all brand new.  Lady was starting a tutoring school and it must have fallen apart.  I just want to move them for a few bucks each quick.  any outlets that can help me there besides the normal amazon/ebay sources?
