For those that are in the Houston area: What publications do you use to find legal notices for storage auctions? I'm not so much concerned with when and where the auctions are ( I already Subscribe to auctionstx.com).

Been a member for a while and had a few posts so i figured I should say hello and introduce myself.
I have been to a few auctions in Washington state but didn't get any units. Just recently moved to Texas and am looking to got to some more and hopefully buy a few units. Good to be here. Hope everybody is having a good day.

Thanks for all the responses and view points. The place i am looking at using charges 30%. I am really more concerned with not having a bunch of stuff take over my house (Wife's Rule). I think ill give it a try for a bit and see how it goes.

Well i re read my post and i clearly didn't ask my question correctly.
What i,m getting at is: Does anybody take there items to a physical eBay store for them to sell for you?

Has anybody used a brick and mortar store to sell your smaller items?
I'm thinking about doing this but only for smaller less valuable items that i expect wont sell fairly quickly on CL.
My line of thinking is
Pros
- it would save a lot of time.
-don't have to worry about shipping the item yourself.
-most of the sellers have good ratings leading to faster sales?
Cons
- another % off the top on profit
Does any body have any other thought or perspectives on this method.
