It's been about 10 years since I've stopped going to storage auctions. Now with my work slowing down I do think it's time to get back into the FUN of Storage AUCTIONS!!!!

Unfortunately when I started calling local storage places around me, it seems everyone is doing verbal bidding now. It use to be only Public Storage and a few others did verbal, and everyone else did sealed bidding. I got a lot more units with sealed bidding.

I'm going to my first auction in 10 years tomorrow!!! I can't wait

Has anyone been going to storage auctions around the Chicagoland area lately? If so, has anything else changed besides the type of bidding? I do know about the t.v. shows, which is my I waited a little bit longer to get back into the game.
