Most people think its an easy way to make allot of money, reality is as you know its hard work. It can be an income, as I have friends who have been doing it for twenty years or more, More lately its payback has been slow. And its still a whole lot of hard work.

We are in an area with a couple "Daves". Just gotta pick you units and make them Pay to play. Eventually they slow down, Most have overhead and cant afford to compete with smart buyers. We have a guy that bids on everything, I hang in and get him at the end,as long as its not over my set point.

My wife any I don't "run People up" but often are willing to pay more for a unit. We Often take more time to pull more from a unit than most. We get the comments" oh there are GOLD bars in there". But all in all after allot of hard work, we do well enough to keep being here. Smart Buying and "SMART selling" beat all.
