His offer doesnt look like mass or bulk offering to me..

I guess that depends on how you interpret MASS and/or BULK , when you have a potential audience of over 1900 members then I would say that is MASS! Plus this forum has nothing to do with Mortgages/Housing.

JMO!

I realize he meant no harm, however SPAM is SPAM.

Well put Movieman! I agree Jose don't spend the rent money or you might have to rent a locker as living quarters.

Congrats Movieman looks like a unit that will be profitable for you.

I'm not having a tough time finding Auctions, just not as many as I would like to find.
However your idea does have some merit.

josepc, you may not see it as SPAM however this is the definition of SPAM below

Spam is the use of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, wiki spam, online classified ads spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam, junk fax transmissions, social networking spam, television advertising and file sharing network spam.

If I could find a listing service that provided me with ALL the Storage Auctions in the Area for under $150.00 a year I would consider it. However none of the listing services I have checked out can do that!

General Storage Auction Talk / Abandoned Property Auctions?

Has anyone here ever done an Abandoned property Auction? These look like they would be very tricky as to how much you would want to pay.

The nice thing about them is you take what you want a leave the rest ( at least that's what I'm seeing on the site that list them).

Any comments are welcome as I'm getting quite curious about these Auctions, as they are becoming more common in my area.

I think jrossjr79 has an approach that works and I tried it for awhile but decided it wasn't for me.
I was just getting too much trash for the possible valuables I found. By the time I calculated effort, time, return, the bulk of the ones I could get cheap just didn't work out for me, so I just decided to back off on units I liked that were going too high. Eventually some degree of normalcy will return, but for now if I can get a lkr or two that will give me a 20% to 30% return instead of the 100% return I would like I will settle for that.

I think just about sums it up, until everything gets back to normal (if it ever does) you just have to settle for making less on most lockers and hope you hit a grand slam every now and again!

jrossjr79 I don't know if your bottle will be on this site and it does not give values, however I have used it to identify quite a few bottles over the last couple of years.

Here's the link sha.org/bottle/

Good Luck
