i didnt personally care for dave, but a lot of people love to hate people, and id take him over rene anyday

It's going to be great for ratings. I haven't watched more than a few episodes of Storage Wars in the past several months, but I'll definitely be watching the episode where Dave returns. Can't wait!

It does seem really odd that they would have him back after all the lawsuit stuff going on but whatever...it's just TV. Rene absolutely disgusts me though so hopefully Dave will be instead of Rene and not in addition to Rene.

im anticipating that this is a cameo with the option of a contract. When ratings fly they'll renogociate. It doesn't surprise me at all that they would rehire him. It's just like in the sports world, it's all part of the business unfortunately. It's just business.

I'm not sure why everyone thinks ratings will take-off if Dave Hester comes back. I'm sure there will be an initial spike, but quite frankly I like the show much more since he left.

The entertainment industry is something else. Name any other sector where you can bad mouth and sue your employer, then get rehired.

Just saw a commercial that shows Dave and Laura Dotson arguing. Dave tells Laura to shut up and she throws him out of the auction. Gotta love the drama!

I believe that's going to be on tomorrow night's episode. Just heard Dan called Dave an a$$hole on Twitter. Now that I think of it, Storage Wars seems to be an appropriate title. I'm just waiting for Jerry Springer to come out.
