What is the latest on the Dave Hester Debacle?

I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about Hester's lawsuit or when (if) the series will be coming back.

We can SPECULATE about A&E WANTING to get it running (a revenue builder) but is anything actually happening. It's been 3 months now I think since the story broke.

Three months isn't enough time to get a court date these days. This will play out for years unless a settlement is reached.

A&E has to wait at least 6 months before they have him whacked. Otherwise, it would look too obvious.
