What does your landfill (garbage dump) charge for tires, mattresses, couches, refrigerators, etc. ?

$25 flat rate first ton, then $20 per ton after that.

They accept anything you can hide with typical household garbage, construction debris, old furniture, etc.  :D

trash was $70 a ton last time i went , no matresses tires or chemicals

matresses Im told are $20 per to get rid of (never paid to trash one ) throw a couple out in front of my house a year and many free ads on craigslist

fridges ive been getting 8 cents a pound on at my scrap yard

Have to do math on what you have and line up other things to do.
Like if I'm already going to he cabin I can wait till I he'd east.
Going to swap meet down south anyway?  Stop at dump first.....

Garbage
Minimum Fee
$22.00 per entry (includes basic fee, surcharge and tax)

Per Ton
$129.40 per ton (includes basic fee, surcharge and tax)
Note: The minimum fee covers up to 320 lbs. Passenger cars are charged a per entry fee of $22.00. All other vehicles including station wagons, lift-backs, vans and mini-vans, recreational vehicles and SUVs will be weighed in and out and charged for the actual weight disposed based on the per ton fee.

Recyclables
Refrigerant type appliances – limit 3 per load
$30 per appliance – includes appliances that contain or contained refrigerants such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and heat pumps. Appliances must be empty.

Other large appliances – limit 3 per load
$10 per appliance – includes stoves, washers, dryers, hot water heaters, dishwashers, and furnaces. Appliances must be empty.

CD, DVD, and VCR player recycling fees (limit 10 per load)
$5.00 per item

Minimum Fee
$12.00 per entry (covers up to 320 lbs.)

Per ton fee
$75.00 per ton

Fluorescent light bulbs & tubes recycling fees (limit 12 per load)
$0.80 per bulb/tube

Yard/wood debris fee:

Over 500 lbs. = $45 per ton, no tax
