Staged Units

We had talked about people staging units in the past but has anyone seen or heard about an increase in staged units lately?

Have not seen any badly staged units lately, but between say July 2011 to July 2012 there were MANY staged units! Crowds and prices are coming down so I think the incentive to stage units is dropping. I also avoid the places I know are notorious for staging units so they are probably continuing this practice.

Was at an auction in Harrisburg with my brother inlaw and he overheard a lady with her husband talking to aother buyer about how they own 2 storage facilitys and after they buy units they take all the trash and put it up for auction at their facilitys....SCUM
