Is "sharpening lawn mower blades" the new code word for "cooking meth"?     

Every storage place I've ever gone to prohibits flammable or explosive materials to be stored in the units (including gas grill tanks.) If this guy had gasoline in his like the story implies, then he's pretty screwed.
