Antique Malls

There are a couple of antique malls near where I live that charge $75-$150 a month plus a 10% commission on items sold.

Was curious if anyone has tried this, you would have to have a pretty good inventory to keep up the cost.  The good thing is you don't have to be there and you get paid twice a month.

Success really boils down to "you" and "them".

Do you have the right inventory at the right price and can you keep it stocked?

Do they have a good reputation and work to drive the traffic to their mall?

Answer yes to both these questions then you will be successful. Answer yes to only one of these questions and you will get mixed results, some months good other months bad.
