New year new store

I didn't acutely change locations but I have decided to rearrange everything. How often do those of you that have a store completely change everything? I was just thinking that maybe old customers would see pieces I have had for awhile if I made it all different. I change areas quite often as pieces leave but I haven't done this big of a change since I opened. I am hoping that it helps in sales during this slow time of the year. 

I am always moving pieces here and there. But I have not done a major overhaul of the shop. I've been dying to get to my glassware, but I just don't have anywhere else to put it.

I have to say the change is going great. I am not done but today I sold three large pieces and two leather jackets. Made more today than all of the rest of the week.

Sometime a moving things around will help. I don't have a store, but I've noticed that when I have an item on Craigslist that hasn't gotten a lot of interest, taking new photos from different angles sometimes helps it to sell.
