Website for sale.

Website is freestorageauctionlists(dot)com

You get the domain for the next two years with privacy feature. You also get the blogger domain freestorageauctionlists(dot)blogspot(dot)com. You get the blogger account associated with the website. You get a yahoo email address with all the contacts. I'll also throw in 6 months of banner advertising directing people to your new site on several of my other sites. I'll also let you continue selling our ebook and storage auction lists and give you an 80/20 split on the revenue from those materials 80% going to you.

If interested shoot me a private message and I can give you more info about traffic, advertisers and ad revenue, etc.

I've done several of those website appraisals. They are totally inaccurate but just for ****s and giggles my high appraisal is $24,000 my low appraisal is $4.

All offers will be entertained.

As for the site am I making a killing no I'm not, am I making some pretty good side money on something that requires little upkeepand is a rather passive source of extra income? Yes.

I made something like $160 off affiliate advertising last month plus a few hundred off ebooks and lists.

My reason for selling however is that I have a new project comming up that's going to require more of my time. Partnered up with a guy bringing a new product on the market and wants me to help market and distribute it.

I also have a buddy who recently started a travel business that I'm helping him out with and am going on a long trip to the caribbean for a few months this summer and don't really want to be regularly updating sites.

My other thing is that though the site is pretty easy as far as updates and upkeep its mindless, it's basically just retyping up info I get via email. I actually enjoy writing and doing things that require thought and would like to devote more time to other sites and other projects.

On the positive side, your domain is doing really well in the search engines and most of the marketing is complete. The site has a lot of potential. I would buy the website and try and rehabilitate it if I wasn't so busy with our new websites.

TC, thanks for the tips as well as the compliments, no offense taken you make very good points.

When I started the site I didn't realize I'd get such a following so quickly, I have anther site way older that doesn't even compare must have lucked out with a good domain name and niche topic area.

I just did a quick google blogger setup. I wasn't trying to be too fancy, I kinda had sites like Drudge Report and Craigslist in mind with the whole simpler is better concept for it so in that sense I wasn't trying to be too fancy.

I do agree with you to take it to the next level would need an overhaul. Because of the way blogger posts update and the way blogger works there's really no rhyme or reason to how auctions are posted. I have categories for all 50 states but within a state they are listed just by most recent post not alphabetically, regionally or even by date.

I suppose I could gather all my info and post a whole month at a time to knock down the clutter and make things more organized but this is a site I work on when I have time and havn't devoted the necessary time to really make it the most functional it can be. It's free info though so beggars cant be choosers you know.

I totally agree with a redesign though.

My thought was if someone bought it they are buying it for the rss followers/subscribers and traffic, not for my blogger setup.

Lets be honest anyone cna set up a blogger blog in about a minute and a half.

The site has only been up for about 2 months maybe 3 at the most, already have a pretty good search engine ranking, have somewhere between 100 and 130 subscribers to rss feeds, have a lot of backlinks to the site created, have done some advertising on other sites, already have some advertisers currently and have a pretty searc engine friendly domain as well.

I totally agree with all your comments. What I think I have to offer is not really the blogger site so much as the other things I mentioned. I was thinking if somene totally new to web design and stuff bought it thwy may continue with the current setup but thought more likely someone like you who alreay has a site may buy it and use it to put out some teaser auctions and redirect people to your other sites.
