Great April Fools Prank

Here is a great April fools prank for those of you with a sick sense of humor and too much time on your hands. Minus the Christmas lights of course.

I remember that prank from years ago. The police were called by many passing motorists and the pranksters were forced to take it down, since it was declared a public nuisance.
