Have you found designer clothing, shoes and handbags? If so, what did you find, how did you sell it and how much did you get?

I found a $6k hermes beach bag ... yes beach bag. Sold it for $2k to a boutique in NYC.

Find authentic coach often but because of the scourge of knockoffs can't get more than $50 for them.

Found 30 pairs of coach shoes in a unit, still in box and clean.  Sold each pair for $30 on ebay.

I bought a unit which had a bunch of Versace & Gucci men's shoes inside of a trash bag. They were all in good condition. Got between $200-300 per pair on eBay. Kept the Gucci.  ;)

I once bought a unit that must've been owned by a fishing boat captain or something like that. There were quite a few of those hooker things used to grab full fish nets and swing them onto the boat. I had a real hard time listing them on Craigslist, I didn't think they were worth much so I opted just to let buyers make offers, but the ad kept getting pulled. This was the title: "Cheap Fish Net Hookers, No Reasonable Offers Refused".

I have found lots of coach bags and a couple pairs of ferragamo shoes. All sold on ebay. Shoes about $100 a pair. Bags have varied $50-$150 depending on style. I have not found any Louis Vuittons that weren't fake so garage sale for that stuff. That's about it. Nothing very exciting....

I've found my share of the mid-level high end stuff; Coach, Gucci, Prada, Hermes, Ferregamo, etc. Nothing sold for more then $500. Haven't found the upper crust high-end stuff yet; purple label Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton luggage, etc.
