I do give quotes upon request. I always ship USPS with insurance and the item has to be under 4 lbs. I never put international shipping on the listing, because I want to be clear that I am not responsible for an item being held in customs, or for extended shipping times. I've shipped 2 items outside the country. 1 was a Lego phone made by Tyco in the 80s. The other was recently, an advertisement for Maylasia-Singapore Airlines (opposite side was Rolex). Shipped to Singapore for $3.65.

In the rare event I need to pull cash from my paypal, I use the debit card. Costs me $1. I can live with that for instant money instead of the 3-5 day wait.

Today I went to 5 facilities and saw 30+ units. I kept the store closed today because apparently nobody in NC leaves the house when the temps get below 40 degrees. I bought 1. It was 2 dressers, the obligatory mattress and a clothes basket filled with stuff. I paid a whopping $30.. Easy profit, no mystery. Boo.. Other lockers weren't going for crazy numbers like a year or 2 ago, but still more than I would like to pay.

I don't use their listings because it's not very accurate. But I went back in there to check it out today.. what stinks is that if you choose to show an upcoming auction that has been cancelled already, you still get 1 "view" taken from you. It's not a good policy. For my money, I'd rather pay the $20/month for SUAL.com, get more accurate info, and more listings (for my area).
