Furniture, misc (some) sealed boxes, Household goods, Antiques. No previews scheduled at this time. Free use of dumpsters onsite (at your own risk , no liability assumed or implied) for unwanted items. Bring your own lock when taking possession for the 2-day cleanout period.
This is a private sale. This unit is full of common household items including clothing, decorations, toys, art, kitchen items, and lots of other miscellaneous stuff. (There is nothing super valuable in here but there is a ton of stuff that you can fill your store shelves with or resell at a garage sale or flea market.) There are also two nice kids beds and a full size metal bed. Every box is full of resellable merchandise. See last photo, we spread everything out so you can get an idea of how much merchandise is in here.

There is no trash in this unit and everything is in average condition. Every box is packed with resell-able merchandise. Larger items include household items, tools, clothing, decorations, kitchen items, microwave, futon, bakers rack, two end tables, printer, several new satellite dishes, misc. DirecTV receivers and several boxes of new installation parts, rugs, lamps, boots, two rolls of coaxial cable, Christmas decorations, pots & pans, white bench, entertainment center, 32 inch TV, ipod radio dock, fireplace tools, large wall clock, harnesses & safety gear, fireplace grill, jack stands, gas weed eater, fine china, silverware, artwork, tile top dining table with 4 chairs and a leaf (in good condition), BBQ pit, and 20-30 boxes filled with miscellaneous items.
The most valuable item inside is a brush guard for a Land Rover/Range Rover that is in average to good condition. There are several of these brush guards for sale on eBay right now and the lowest price is $375. Most however are in the $550 price range.
If you resell stuff at the flea market or have garage sales, you should be able to make some serious money on this unit. There are lots of smalls. Buyer will pay seller in cash, in person, after inspection.

The winning bidder will have 5 days from the date of the sale to remove all merchandise. Payment will be made in cash at the storage facility.
The live sale will begin at 12:00 PM on Tuesday May 14th.
The online auction ends Monday May 13th at 12:00 PM.(24 before the live sale begins). The opening bid at the live sale will start at the highest online bid. If no one at the live sale bids, the highest online bidder wins. The highest online bidder does not need to be present at the live sale.
