There are no doubt \”gems\” in there, but cannot seem to sort and sell with our time constraints! We would appreciate having any personal/family items (papers, photos and the like) returned/or we can pick them up after. This price is no doubt much under value, but we really don\’t want to be paying storage fee\’s. Our loss is your gain! The same options can also be set for our other 2 units if interested!
