And Mini Mile is all excited.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

A bunch of old furniture. And a bucket.

Darren and Barry are interested (they know what the stuff in there is worth. Or so they say). George is also interested.

The bidding starts and Darren and Barry win the lot at Ł675.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

Used sports equipment.

Nat – Dan is a cocky Cockney, he thinks he knows his stuff and he actually doesn’t. George is interested. John thinks it is an interesting little bin. Pause while he looks at Nat for approval. He doesn’t get it.

The bidding starts and George wins the lot at Ł650. There is a bit of an argy bargy during the bidding. See what happened was that John shoved George and then George touched Nat’s face.

Nat – he touched my face. You can’t go around doing that. That’s invading space. (to John) I don’t like you in my space, let alone a stranger.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

Some plants and some vintage stuff (from what we can see).

Danny – Nat looks at me as if she wants to kill me. How can you hate this face?

Yes, how can you Nat?

Nat – it’s going to be a few little cherubs in here from what I’ve seen. Hm ok.

George has a whole strategy worked out. George – I touched Nat’s face, she forgot to bid. I know how to push her buttons.

The bidding starts. Some further argy bargy erupts between George and John, Mini Mile has to intervene.

Meanwhile Nat is not amused.

Nat and John win the lot at Ł625. They go to investigate – they find boxes of vintage clothes.

An old record player. A groovy looking TV.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

You can’t see much since almost all of it is covered with blankets, but there is some World War II stuff under there (helmets and such).

George – Danny is all talk.

Meanwhile Danny says he is here to make money. Haven’t we heard that before? Linda also doesn’t like Danny and his attitude and at the moment she just wants him to shut up.

Her face says it all really.

The bidding starts and Danny wins the lot at Ł850.

Danny investigates the unit with Sean.

Some old gas masks. An old wheelchair. A stuffed owl.

Stuffed pigeon in a box.

On a side note – what the what with ALL the stuffed animals? Seriously!

Sean tells Danny this could possibly be a World War II carrier pigeon. IF he can find authentication for it, it could be worth between Ł8000 and Ł10000.

Danny’s face says it all.

Back to storage unit number 1 with Darren and Barry. Barry thinks Darren paid too much for the unit. They find a bunch of old typewriters.

Some furniture. An old clock. Darren says if it has a key and it’s working, they are in the money.

Alas there is no key and the clock is not working.

Back to storage unit number 2 with George. Sean and George find five school benches. A bunch of exercise mats. A bunch of sports equipment.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 5

Used pub equipment.

Linda has a bar in her house, she knows what bar stuff looks like. Well. That might explain some things. Not ALL the things, but some.

The bidding starts and Darren and Barry win the lot at Ł810. George and Linda discuss the auction and Linda is all – let him have it.

Sean investigates the unit with Darren and Barry. Four kegs of beer. Some brass beer taps. Space invaders game. Fruit machine.

Danny takes his pigeon to be valued. Alexis Turner at the London Taxidermy (that’s one spooky place) looks at the stuff Danny brought.

Dickin medal was given to animals to honor their service during World War II. If everything is authentic Danny could fetch about Ł15.000 for his pigeon at an auction. There is a moment when Danny is all like YAY give me all the money.

Unfortunately the box is new, the bird is not an antique, the document Danny brought over is just a copy and the Dickin medal is not authentic either.

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is Barking, East London.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

Some shelving, drinks dispenser.

Heavy D is interested – I hope no one has seen the stuff I have seen in there. I have eyes like a hawk (says the guy who bought a bunch of donkey saddles). Danny is also interested (we think it has something to do with the iMac box in there).

The bidding starts and Danny wins the lot at Ł500.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

Assorted car shop stuff.

George is interested. So are Nat and John.

Nat to John: What’s that? You should know! I thought you were good at making money.

The bidding starts and George and Matt decide to partner up and go halves. John gets caught in the bidding.
Nat: No.
John: Yeah.
Nat: No.
John: Yeah.

And so it goes. In the end George and Matt win the lot at Ł900.

They investigate the unit with Sean. Some tires. Some Pirelli tires.

A custom made coffee table that includes a Maserati engine.

A Ferrari engine.

A custom made chair and a custom made sofa.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

Hm how do we say this delicately? Maybe we should let Dan do it.

Danny – it looks like stuff you use to grow weed with. It’s worth quite a bit of money, but you know, it might not be legal?

Linda thinks it looks green house-y. And she is not sure she would be able to put it together herself. Wecannoteven.

Sean and Matt discuss the unit.

Matt: This stuff is not legal.
Sean: Don’t think everyone knows. Don’t think Linda knows.

Nat and John have the following exchange.

Nat: Yeah.
John: No.
Nat: Yeah.
John: No.

Obviously Heavy D is interested. The bidding starts and Heavy D wins the lot at Ł325.

He investigates the unit with Sean. A new filter.

Some specialty chemicals. Fertilizer.

And hydroponic growth house (we think Heavy D doesn’t even know what that is).

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

Whatever is in this bin it smells. Badly.

Both George and John throw up.

Linda – it’s the worst smell. Double the worst smell and that’s how it smells like. George thinks it does smell bad, but he won’t let that deter him.

A few diner chairs. A diner booth.

Matt thinks Nat and John will go for it. That’s probably how their house smells. And Nat and John are indeed interested.

Sean is having none of it – I see some valuable stuff, I’m not going to sell it cheap, I don’t care how stinky it is.

The bidding starts and Nat and John win the lot at Ł550.

Danny – John was not a good boy, she will make him clean it out as a punishment.

Nat and John investigate the unit with Sean. Apart from the diner seating sets they find 2 grills.

They also find a cash register and an used fridge. Which hides some rather nasty moldy bread.

Which Nat proceeds to chuck at John’s head.

Back to storage unit number 1 with Sean and Danny.

Plastic tubes that are worth Ł1 each. There are 300 of them. Danny also thinks there is scrap value in this unit.

But he also finds a huge a** (and we really mean HUGE) flat screen TV. But the iMac box Danny had his eye on is empty.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 5

A car of some sort.

Heavy D thinks it might be an ice cream van. Linda thinks it’s a milk float.

Danny asks Heavy D if he is interested. Heavy D – oh yes, it has loads of character. Hm. You can’t see anything, it’s covered with tarp.

Nat and John are interested (this is the first time they have agreed on something) and so is Linda.

The bidding starts and Linda wins the lot at Ł525.

And it is indeed a milk float.

Ok for the record – this is two episodes in the row that Linda has been right about something.

Sean – if this starts, you are in the money. If it doesn’t, it’s going to be a b*tch to push this back to Essex. Move over – we have a blonde at the wheel.

And the milk float does indeed start.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 8 – Preston

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is Preston.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

A safe. And a couple of more unidentified items hiding under blankets.

Danny thinks there won’t be anything in the safe. Nat doesn’t like the unit because she can’t see what’s there. Darren and Barry meanwhile are interested. Linda is interested.

Linda wins the lot at Ł450.

A couple of light fixtures.

A bird’s cage.

And a safe. Hm seriously – what the what? This bin makes no sense at all. Sean explains to Linda she will have to get someone to come and crack the safe. To this Linda asks – don’t they leave the key to the safe? Yes, that’s what she said.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

Tiles. And lot of them. Some building materials.

Darren and Barry have an argy bargy. Linda meanwhile is interested. She thinks it might be a spa.

The bidding starts and Linda wins the lot at Ł910. Darren calls her a dumb bimbo. Now mate that’s way too harsh. What a sore loser.

Linda investigates the unit with Sean and she finds a hot tub.

And two pallets of tile and some more building material.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

A pick and mix stand. A pop corn machine. Some movie theater seats.

Danny is interested in the unit because he always wanted to be a movie star. And again Nat’s face says it all.

The bidding starts. So. Darren and Barry start arguing among themselves. Then George starts arguing with them. Then Nat and John are arguing with each other.

In the end John wins the lot at Ł800. Nat is not happy.

Back to storage unit number 1 to take a look at Linda’s safe. Linda had to hire a locksmith for Ł300 to crack open the safe.

Linda would like it to be gold. Or money. Or diamonds. Good Lord. Very modest is our Linda.

And the big reveal ladies and gentlemen is…

NOTHING. Just as Danny predicted. Or rather just a video camera.

Linda has the sadz.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

Looks like sound and light equipment.

Danny is going all in for this unit. Darren and Barry are interested since they would be able to sell it all right away.

The bidding starts, there’s plenty of trash talking, but Danny holds steady and wins the lot at Ł1150.

His t-shirt says it all really.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 5

Wedding catering equipment. Glasses, chairs and other assorted stuff.

Darren and Barry decide to stop arguing and make some money. Finally. Nat and John are also interested.

The bidding starts and Darren and Barry win the lot at Ł975.

They investigate the unit with Sean. A pillory (in case you are wondering what it is. We are not THAT smart, we had to look it up).

An archway. A big marquee. A love chair. A bunch of glasses.

Back to storage unit number 3 with Nat and John.

John: There’s money there.
Nat: You better find it cos I can’t see it.

If it’s not obvious Nat is still not happy.

Further inspection reveals old movie theater chairs. Two old projectors. A box of movie reels.

Sean points out they have made a profit, but Nat is not happy. She thought they were going to go big today. This from the same woman who thought she might find a speed boat in a bin.

Back to storage unit number 4 with Danny. Some nifty looking light equipment.

A box full of old vinyl records. A smoke machine. Speakers. And bingo, a huge score – a sound rack.

Sean also discovers a limbo bar. And dares Danny to do the limbo. Danny does the limbo. Visual proof below.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 7 – Glasgow

The location for the today’s episode is Glasgow.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

Some old furniture, a vintage looking kitchen unit.

Nat and John are interested and so is George. George – John is Nat’s lap dog.

The bidding starts and Nat and John win the lot at Ł700. They investigate the unit with Sean. Chairs, sofas, a bar, 4 candelabras and the aforementioned vintage kitchen unit.

They made a profit on this unit, but Nat confirms if they lost money, it would have been John’s fault.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

A children’s bike, a guitar. Danny is interested and so are Nat and John.

Danny explains why he is being a pain in the a** – I love winding people up, getting under their skin, they don’t have their head in the bin and that’s how I make money.

The bidding starts and Danny wins the lot at Ł1000. Nat’s face says it all.

Afterwards Nat, John and Linda have a good gossip about Danny. The gist of it – they can’t stand him.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

Some books and musical equipment.

Linda thinks it’s instruments. Matt thinks Danny is all mouth. He is getting on everyone’s nerves and will get punched by the end of the day.

The bidding starts and Nat and John decide this would be a good time to have another one of their domestics. Linda wins the lot at Ł875. Nat and John continue with their domestic. Nat is pissed John is sticking up for Danny. And she tells John she is the one making money. What’s this – Storage Hunters UK or Couples Therapy?

Linda investigates the unit with Sean. They find a pair of bongos (Sean says they are in good condition and a nice brand). Further inspection reveals a guitar stand, an old record player, a banjo, a mandolin and a violin.

Sean decides to give playing a violin a go – hm maybe better no dude, you might break it?

In total Linda has five instruments that she will need to get appraised.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

A bunch of pet store stuff?

Danny and Nat have an argy bargy.

Danny – her problem is she is jealous. She sees John, he’s not good looking. She sees me, a good looking guy, nice tan, making a lot of money. Hm yes, that’s what he said.

ANYHOW back to the unit. Linda can see sawdust, it’s something to do with animals. And our Linda, she doesn’t like animals. George shares he might have a cheeky bid.

The bidding starts and wouldn’t you know, Nat and John end up bidding against each other? Seriously.

George wins the lot at Ł1200. Another domestic between Nat and John.

George investigates the unit with Sean. A gerbil cage (luckily without the gerbil). A bunch of dog and cat toys.

A big dog bed (for John says George). A bunch of dog jackets.

And a stuffed dog. As in – this is not a toy dog. No. This is a dog that was dead and then the poor bugger got stuffed. No, we aren’t kidding. We wish we were.

George has made a loss with this one. Sean asks George whether it was worth losing Ł400 just to wind up John, George says yes.

Back to storage unit number 2 with Danny. An empty guitar case. 3 (!!!) pinball machines.

And a major score – a Gibson guitar.

Linda gets her instruments appraised and the whole lot is worth between Ł800 and Ł900.

Afterwards Linda has a jam session.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 6 – Oxfordshire

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is the county of Oxfordshire.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

Some furniture covered with blankets. From what the players can see the furniture looks old. George is interested.

Linda thinks George is not the brightest crown in the box. Really Linda? REALLY? Pot, kettle, etc.

But you guys. YOU GUYS!

LOOK at what Rupert is wearing! Just look at his little ensemble! (FYI – it took us about five tries to get a full screenshot of his outfit. Because it is that good!)

We have decided Rupert is our new favorite.

George calls Rupert a fruit loop of the highest degree. Hm that’s a bit harsh George.

The bidding starts, Danny jacks up the price, but Rupert wins the lot at Ł925.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

We have no clue what this stuff is. But Rupert thinks it is some type of tree gear. Danny *thinks* the object under the tarp is a tree shredder and these are serious money.

John is also interested in this unit (a new development since Nat normally makes all the decisions). A delightful little exchange happens between him and Nat and it ends up with Nat saying he’ll need a new ballsack if he bids on this bin.

As we said – delightful.

The bidding starts and Danny wins the lot at Ł2200. Which is obviously good news for John and his ballsack.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

Art stuff. Blank canvases, paints, brushes and some artwork covered with sheets.

George is interested – it looks like Bansky-sque’s graffiti artist type of thing. Nat and John are also interested.

The bidding starts and George wins the lot at Ł1200. Nat and John have another domestic. But they didn’t need to as it turns out the unit is rubbish. A bunch of paintings (not very good ones). A bunch of templates. And not much else. George made a loss with this one.

Back to storage unit number 2 with Danny and Sean. A chainsaw.

Some climbing gear. If it is a tree shredder underneath the tarp and IF it works it will be a major score for Danny. And wouldn’t you know – it is a shredder and it does work!

YAY for Danny! (all Danny has to say is that John shouldn’t have listened to his missus. Well. Maybe John prefers his privates unharmed?)

Back to storage unit number 1 with the delightful Rupert.

More details of his outfit because… why not?

A vintage looking propeller. That was made in China.

A ratty old chair.

Some vintage looking headphones. And… well this thing.

It has something to do with the electric currents, but for the life of us, we don’t have a clue what it is.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

Some old furniture. Rugs. Lamps. Basically – it looks like an old granny’s house.

George points out the bin could be interesting. But then again, it could be cr*p. Linda is interested. Danny thinks Linda is not too clever, but she has a good heart. Lord wecannoteven.

The bidding starts and Linda wins the lot at Ł800.

Linda hopes there might be a hidden gem in there somewhere.

A not particularly nice looking wardrobe.

A ceramic dog.

A vintage looking shoe shine kit.

A dusty looking chest reveals a nice looking jewelry box. Linda just about breaks even.

Sean – when you are blond, that’s kinda like making money. Linda looks outraged (after a minute or so when she realizes what he said to her), but so are we (blondherethankyouverymuch).

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 5

A fence. And something inflatable looking, it’s hard to tell what it is (Rupert thinks it’s a life raft for Nat and John). Nat and John are interested.

The bidding starts and Nat and John win the lot at Ł800. They find 4 hot air blower fans. And an inflatable baby. We kid you not.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 5 – Blackpool

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is Blackpool.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

The first unit contains a bunch of deck chairs and some random stuff covered with blankets.

Both Danny and Nat and John are interested.

The bidding starts and Nat and John win the unit at Ł900.

They investigate the unit with Sean. A bunch of deck chairs. A change machine.

Illuminations.

An unicycle. And score – a tandem seat ricksha!

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

The second unit contains a lot of trains. A LOT. Some railway signs.

And Heavy D shows up! Much to the annoyance of just about everyone but Sean. And Danny.

Danny – if the girls are moaning at him, they are not moaning at me. We don’t even know where to begin with this statement.

We think Nat’s face says it all.

Meanwhile Heavy D thinks Linda and Nat fancy him. He is joking. He must be joking, right?

The bidding starts and George wins the lot at Ł725.

Argy bargy erupts between Heavy D, George and John. Mini Mile has to intervene.

Their argy bargy reminds us of this:

George and Sean investigate the unit. As we have already mentioned this unit has trains. And lots of them. George tells Sean it’s the locomotives that fetch the money and not the carriages. Also collectors love when the trains are in their original boxes.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

A bunch of costumes. Both Linda and Heavy D are interested. But Linda wins the lot at Ł1300.

A very fetching feather boa for Mini Mile.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

A bunch of discarded office equipment. Danny is obviously interested.

Linda is not happy about Heavy D – he makes her lose her concentration and by the end of it she is completely intimidated by him.

We simply refuse to take him seriously.

Linda’s face says it all really.

Back to storage unit number 3.

Sean calls this business in a box. Lots and lots of costumes. Feather boas. A plastic bag full of rubber masks. A whole box filled with costumes.

Back to storage unit number 4.

Danny loves buying stuff that is an easy sell and this is a piece of cake. Further investigation reveals 26 brand new hair trimmers still in their boxes. Some office chairs. Some spray tan equipment. A sun bed. A fancy hair dryer.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 5

A bunch of psychedelic looking blankets.

Heavy D is interested. Linda thinks Heavy D doesn’t know what he is looking at, it’s a heap of sh*t and he’ll go for it. Nat seems to agree – Heavy D has no business acumen about him and he doesn’t know what he is looking at.

Heavy D wins the lot at Ł500. He investigates the unit with Sean. It is a bunch of horse riding equipment. Some funky saddle blankets. And 6 saddles. Which turn out to be donkey saddles.

And a fanny pack with money inside.

Heavy D in a rare moment of clarity declares – I’ve got to be the biggest donkey for buying this bin.

And still he manages to make a profit. What the what?

Meanwhile Nat and John go for a ride in the ricksha.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 4 – Perth

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is Perth, Scotland.

To commemorate the occasion Sean and Mini Mile are wearing kilts. The traditional way. Luckily we are spared the demonstration.

Heavy D is back. Also we have a couple of new local players – Glasgow Gary and Matt.

STORAGE UNIT 1

A bunch of discarded catering equipment (chairs, tables, dishes, cups). And the unit smells. Naturally Danny is interested.

The bidding starts, Heavy D jacks up the price, but Glasgow Gary wins the lot for Ł3025.

Sean and Glasgow Gary check what else is in there – they find a coffee machine, an old telephone box and a hand cart.

And Sean shows us that he is indeed wearing nothing underneath the kilt.

Wecannoteven.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

A bunch of furniture and some toys.

Linda’s strategy is to observe George and see what he does, because he is seeing something interesting. Danny is interested.

Linda thinks it’s good Heavy D is around because people think he is thicker than her. Oh Linda – we would never!

The bidding starts and Heavy D jacks up the price again. Matt wins the auction at Ł1800. People are PISSED.

But Heavy D is not bothered – I jedi-ed them up. You can’t jedi me. I’m the jedi master. I am Yoda. (that’s what he said).

Well Yoda. Maybe next time pull your pants up? Just saying.

We’ll tell you – between Sean’s full frontal and Heavy D’s b*tt crack we are scarred for life. FOR LIFE.

CAR AUCTION

Sean invites the players to a car auction.

Linda and George decide to go 50 – 50 on the car auction. They do a pinky swear (we wish we were kidding). But the ever observant Nat spots rust on the ground.

The bidding starts and George and Linda win the car auction at Ł2800.

Sean reveals the car and as Heavy D predicted it is a piece of sh*t.

No. In fact it’s even worse because a) the car is a rusty piece of sh*t and b) Linda and George have to remove it from the premises by the end of the day. Linda wants nothing to do with it.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 3

Something under the tarp, might be a boat. A bunch of fishing equipment.

Matt (the new player) and Nat and John are interested.

Nat and John win the lot at Ł2800. Sean takes them to have a look at the unit. Nat thought it was a speed boat.

A speed boat? Nat?

Instead she got a crap fishing boat.

Nat and John have a domestic.

Back to storage unit number 2 to see what it contains.

A cotton candy machine. Some kiddie bikes. A gong. A Peterbilt hood grill. An old weighting machine.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

On their way to the storage unit 4 Sean shares he loves the freedom of the kilt. Alright then.

But when Mini Mile cuts the lock and opens up the unit it seems there is a gas leak of some sort. Our players clear the area pretty damn sharpish. But after the talk with the manager Sean assures them it is just a helium leak.

Ok we are well aware we might sound like Linda now – but since when do exterminators use helium? What would that be in aid of – to make the rats sound funny?

Exterminator equipment. A couple of exterminator suits, some rat cages and what appears to be barrel of poisonous substance.

Matt has a bit of fun with Heavy D and jacks up the price. Heavy D wins the lot at Ł1000.

Sean and Heavy D investigate the unit. They find some bugs in acrylic. A dead rat (in case you were wondering Heavy D runs away like a baby from the dead rat. And we don’t blame him, we would run way too). A poison gas applicator. And the exterminator suits are custom made and worth some money.

Meanwhile Nat and John go for a boat ride. Brave of them, that boat doesn’t look particularly sea-worthy.

Storage Hunters UK: Episode 3 – RAF Bentwaters

The location for the today’s episode of Storage Hunters UK is RAF Bentwaters.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

(to be clear it’s not really a unit, it is a hangar).

A jeep or a car of some sort. And a bunch of boxes hiding underneath camouflage tarp.

Nat and John have a brief discussion about the jeep:

John: Do you like it?
Nat: Yeah
John: Would you fit in it?
Nat: Cheeky bastard.

Linda thinks it is an airplane. And this other stuff is a bunch of leaves.

The bidding starts and Nat wins the lot for Ł1675.

A bunch of stuff. And we mean this literally. Just look at it.

Danny thinks it looks like a house clearance. Linda goes into long explanation how she gets sucked into bidding, then she bids and then she loses money and she doesn’t want to bid.

tl; dr

We think Linda isn’t interested?

The bidding starts, Linda jacks up the price and Danny wins the lot at Ł875.

George thinks Linda made Danny look like a prat. We think Danny needs no help with that.

In case you have forgotten from last episode

STORAGE UNIT 3

Some wooden cabinets. A bunch of old looking boxes.

And dear readers we have a new player. His name is Rupert (antiques and oddities expert).

Just look at him. We don’t even know where to begin. The hair, the pants, the sash (is that a sash? What IS that? Also we thought this was Storage Hunters UK, not Miss Universe competition), but the umbrella… Look at that umbrella. We had a similar one. When we were in a 2nd grade.

Ok, with that out of the way…

The bidding starts and Rupert wins the lot at Ł3700.

Sean and Rupert go to investigate.

A set of cutlery. The cabinets are a reproduction. Some more cutlery (we think whoever owned this unit had a bit of a cutlery problem. Honestly, how much cutlery can you possibly need?). An empty box.

And bingo… another box reveals a vintage looking gun.

Rupert goes to grab it, but Sean is like – whoa dude stop! He explains you first need to check there is no live ammo inside. Then you need to a) call the police, b) call the auction house or b) call a licensed arms dealer to have a look.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 1

Sean, Nat and John go to investigate Storage unit number 1.

And it is indeed a jeep under the tarp (so much for Linda and her plane theory). The jeep is in working condition.

Underneath “the leaves” Nat and John find a bunch of paintball equipment and smoke bombs.

Which given Nat and John’s proclivity for domestics – maybe they shouldn’t handle guns of any sort? On the plus side – at least it’s not real guns.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 2

Danny goes to investigate all the stuff he bought. A bunch of clothes.

A piano.

And 8 brand new lawn mowers.

STORAGE UNIT NUMBER 4

A bunch of chairs and other assorted stuff that *might* have been used for a street party.

Both Linda and Danny are interested. Danny wins the lot at Ł3500 and manages to annoy Linda in the process. She shares she thinks he is smarmy and irritates the life out of her. Us too Linda, us too.

Danny investigates the unit. A small PA system. A speaker. A throne with Princess Di and Prince Charles puppets. A flag.

Danny makes a loss of Ł2300 on this unit.

Rupert takes the pistol he purchased to be valued by the arms expert David Franklin Johnson. It is a Colt Navy revolver from 1854 (the year of the Charge of the Light Brigade). Last time a pistol like that was auctioned was a few years ago and it fetched over Ł5000.

Obviously Rupert rubs his hands with glee.

Rupert goes off to a shooting range and tries out his pistol. In a red sash (again WHAT is that thing?)
